Our contact and business consultation forms collect the details you choose to provide:

• Your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, and city or service location.
• Whether you need help at home or at work, the type of issue, and your message.
• For business consultations: business name, contact name, industry, approximate employee and device counts, current IT arrangements, support interests, and timing.

We also receive information you share by email, phone, text, or messages to our business social media accounts. Please provide only what is needed to explain your request. Do not include passwords, payment card details, Social Security numbers, or sensitive personal files in a website inquiry.

We use inquiry details to respond, understand the work you need, prepare estimates, arrange appointments, and follow up on your request. If you become a customer, related information may also be used to provide service and maintain quotes, invoices, receipts, and other necessary business records.

Your preferred contact method helps Trey respond appropriately. Sending an inquiry is not an agreement to receive unrelated promotional messages.

Netlify hosts this website and processes our contact and business consultation forms. When you submit a form, its contents are sent to Netlify and stored so TR Tech Solutions can review and respond to your request.

Hosting providers also receive technical request information, such as your IP address, browser information, requested page, and request time, to deliver and protect the website. This is separate from the details you type into a form.

Our booking button takes you to Square. Square’s booking tools load after you follow that link; they are not embedded in this website. Information you enter there, including appointment, contact, or payment details, is handled by Square under its own policies. Square shares relevant appointment or transaction information with TR Tech Solutions to provide your service.

Review Square’s customer privacy policy for its collection, cookies, sharing, and privacy choices. This website’s inquiry forms do not ask for payment card information and are not intended for payments.

Links to Facebook and other external websites also take you to services with their own privacy practices. Information you share with those services is subject to their notices and settings.

TR Tech Solutions does not currently add advertising pixels, embedded social media feeds, or third-party analytics tags to the public website. Website delivery and security providers may process technical information needed to operate their services.

Services you choose to visit through a link, including Square, may use cookies or similar browser storage for security, preferences, analytics, or advertising. Their privacy notices explain those uses and any available controls. Browser settings also let you manage cookies and stored website data; blocking them can affect features of those external services.

If we introduce tracking features, we will update this notice and provide any choices or consent controls required for their use.

We do not sell personal information.

Information may be handled by providers used for website hosting, inquiry forms, communications, booking, payments, and business records. We may share relevant information with vendors needed to complete work you request, professional advisers, or authorities when required by law. Sharing for these purposes is limited to what is needed for the service or obligation.

Access to a device, account, or files during service is separate from submitting a website inquiry. We only access information reasonably needed to diagnose, repair, configure, or support the service you request. We do not intentionally copy or retain personal files except as needed for that work, such as a data transfer or backup you request.

Back up important files before service. If access to an account is needed, arrange an appropriate method with Trey rather than sending a password through this website.

How long a record is needed depends on your inquiry, any resulting service, and applicable accounting, tax, legal, warranty, or other recordkeeping requirements. Some records may need to remain after an inquiry or service has ended. Contact Trey for information about a particular record.

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or tell us how you prefer to be contacted. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. The response depends on the records involved, applicable law, and any records we need to retain. Requests about information held independently by Square or another provider should also be directed to that provider.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review the situation and remove it where appropriate.
